We provide a two-year warranty period and long term parts supply on cost beyond the warranty period. 

30% T/T after signing the contract as deposit, the rest amount 70% shall be paid before delivery.  

Before shipment, we will conduct in-factory debugging on the equipment.
After successful debugging, we will send you a detailed debugging video. The video will cover layout of the equipment, every single step of the line, wiring arrangements, the HMI data, and other related content.

After you receive the equipment, you can first try to start production on your own. If you still need our support afterwards, we offer two options: the first is online remote support by email or Whats'App, and the second is dispatching one engineer to your site for on-site assistance. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred.
