How Does The Can Seaming Machine Work?
This single-head can seaming machine achieves reliable, airtight sealing through a precise three-step mechanical process.
- Positioning & Lifting
The can is placed on the lifting rod and positioned automatically. The machine adjusts the height (39-200mm) via the stand pole to fit different can sizes. The upper mould presses down to secure the can, ensuring stable alignment during operation.
- Pre-seaming (First Rolling)
The seaming wheel (equipped with high-hardness die-steel rollers) makes initial contact with the can’s edge. It bends the can lid and body flange together, forming a tight interlock. This step creates the basic seam structure, preparing for final sealing.
- Final Seaming (Second Rolling)
The seaming wheel applies continuous pressure to curl and compress the locked layers. The reinforced drive shaft ensures smooth, high-speed rotation (up to 25 cans/min). This process fuses the lid and body into a single, leak-proof structure, completing the airtight seal.
- Core Mechanism
