Our semi-automatic pneumatic vial crimping machine is a high-efficiency sealing solution designed for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and lab packaging. Equipped with a sturdy SC50 air cylinder, it delivers stable, consistent crimping for 13/15/20mm aluminum caps on glass vials, vaccine bottles, oral liquid bottles, and plastic bottles, with a fast speed of 60-80 pcs/min.

Featuring foot pedal operation and CNC positioning, it ensures one-time forming, easy operation, and precise sealing, reducing manual errors. The compact design saves workshop space, while the 11cm throat depth and 15cm max product height accommodate various bottle sizes. Custom crimping heads and height extensions are available for special requirements.

This fully pneumatic machine requires an external 8mm air hose connected to an air compressor (not included) for power, making it energy-efficient and durable. Ideal for small to medium production, it guarantees reliable sealing performance, perfect for pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, and cosmetic packaging workshops.

Note: This is a fully pneumatic sealing machine. You need to prepare your own air compressor. Please confirm clearly before placing an order.

FAQs

Our factory is in zhangjiagang city of Jiangsu Province, China. You can land at Shanghai Airport, we can pick you up from there. 

Yes, we can customize based on your different packages. Just freely discuss and exchange minds with us. 

We provide a two-year warranty period and long term parts supply on cost beyond the warranty period. 

30% T/T after signing the contract as deposit, the rest amount 70% shall be paid before delivery.  

Before shipment, we will conduct in-factory debugging on the equipment.
After successful debugging, we will send you a detailed debugging video. The video will cover layout of the equipment, every single step of the line, wiring arrangements, the HMI data, and other related content.

After you receive the equipment, you can first try to start production on your own. If you still need our support afterwards, we offer two options: the first is online remote support by email or Whats'App, and the second is dispatching one engineer to your site for on-site assistance. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred.
